In case you are updating your registered app and the software indicates that your serial number is being used elsewhere, please do the following:

  1. Run Quick Pallet Maker
  2. Use the Help > Deactivate Serial Number
  3. Quit QPM
  4. Restart QPM, the Serial Number was Activated message should appear
